FAQ

1. There is a bath towel and a small towel for each bed in both the rooms and the apartment.

2. Each room has a double bed, extra bed / sofa bed, or sofa bed /.

3. Each room has a toilet and shower with sink.

4. In the dining room you can reheat food, milk in the microwave for children, there is also a kettle.

5. Fridge is in the apartments, rooms have a refrigerator in the hallway available.

6. Arrival to the rooms is possible from 14:00, ideally until 18:00. , from 18:00 by telephone agreement.

7. Each toilet is equipped with a children's reduction to the toilet and a step to the sink.

8. If you have more than one room booked, we will try to place you next to each other, but this is not always possible - for example, other clients do not follow the dates of your stay, we have each room of different dimensions and we try to fit the room ideal for their needs. We usually book the largest possible rooms for you. In the case of purchase via e-shops, the room is of course guaranteed after the purchase according to the offer.

9. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

10. In case you forget something with us, we postpone things for 3 months, or we will send the forgotten item by post to your address for a fee of 10 €.

11. We do not provide luggage storage before check-in and after check-out.

12. Early check-in and late check-out are charged according to the price list.
