Brief project description:
The project aims to improve the quality and competitiveness of tourism facilities for
in order to provide quality services to a higher standard all year round.
Specific objectives:
- Reconstruction of the house with a restaurant in order to improve the quality of services
- Provide comprehensive additional services within the site all year round
- Support youth employment in the region
Concerns the reconstruction of the house. The aim of the project is reconstructive
improvement of existing capacities in order to give visitors a greater accommodation, catering and
Relaxation standard of services, and thereby contribute to increasing the competitiveness of the entire equipment in
Liptov region.
Baseline:
The problem with the lack of quality hotel facilities at a higher level
appropriate backing and privacy in the region, which is caused by the dynamic growth in demand
accommodation and catering capacities with services in the average and above-average in quality
within the local but also the European regional space. Currently Pension Marie offers
accommodation and food services half board, massages rooms, Nordic Walking,
bike rental, ski school, animation for children, hotel program. Missing service:
spa with swimming pool, offering a masseur in the area of wellness, expanding the offered range
breakfast, conference rooms. Restaurants will often require extending the daily menu, a la carte
buffet tables. It will also be an innovative way of cooking and the sous vide cooking as well
regeneration of cooking in a convection oven.
Situation after the implementation of the project:
The results support from the EU will strengthen the competitiveness of accommodation, and it
in particular by increasing the capacity table, gaining space for the buffet,
achieving higher standards across the dining room and bar, increase the standard of kitchen
equipment, equipment buffet and an increase in the original rooms. modernization
sales of original parts of the premises will create a space for the operation of spa-sauna and swimming pool.
Rebuilding the house is achieved by increasing and improving the dining room and bar.
Reconstruction of the original spaces and rooms of 2002 (the number of beds will not raise) will
technically constitute Removal of partitions and transitions between old and new dining area
part of a complete end tiles, plaster and floors. As part of the modernization are also
planned reconstruction of bathrooms in rooms, restoration of walls and flooring.
At the bottom of the house additions are made to build a wellness center with a swimming pool and two
saunas. The top of the extension will be to implement a separate room for disengagement
specific requirements of the organizers of the conference, which will be able to be used as a dining room and
smaller room serving as a sitting room and a playroom. Technically extension means
from the ground up to build the new section, up to the roof so that the port of the existing building
property.
