After the course we became a certified Nordic Walking instructors, so we can show the Curative - sports. We are looking forward to you :-)

This article will tell you what is NW, what is good. We refute myths where and how you can do and learn that on holiday at the Marie will make an exchange and we will teach you the proper technique of Nordic walking.

Nordic Walking (Nordic Walking) is curative - sport activity which connect 90% of the muscles of the body. Safe, simple, effective and fun way to improvement of physical condition regardless of age, gender or physical fitness. It is a pedestrian walking with special poles, during which involved 650 muscles throughout the body. They work the muscles of the feet but also the back and chest, which indicates intense activity in arm movement. With proper techniques, which your instructor will teach, strengthen internal muscles around the spine, connecting the more efficient blood circulation, your lungs and calories no longer burn only legs, but the entire body.

With proper technique in a number of health benefits. The expenditure of Nordic walking is much higher than in normal walking, yet it is manageable activity and children, pregnant later in life, or at a higher weight, when run as inappropriate. Activity is inadvisable throughout the year. Positively affects the human psyche - relieves mental tension, helps to deal better with stress and lift-off from the worries of everyday life.
